Description AlerStallings of Ohio is looking to hire a full-time Receptionist/Call Center Specialist to work out of our Dublin Corporate office. We focus solely on asset protection, estate planning, and elder care law. Our clients pay one fee upfront and they receive unlimited calls, emails, and meetings for their lifetime. Together.” Responsibilities As a Call Center Specialist with AlerStallings, you will receive incoming calls, schedule clients with our AlerStallings attorneys, and provide exemplary customer service during each and every exchange. College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred Main responsibilities for this role: This is a full-time job opportunity (8:30am-5:30pm), Monday through Friday. Receive incoming calls, ask qualifying questions, and appropriately route the calls according to customer needs. Provide a positive conversational experience that encourages the caller to work with the firm. Accurately take and record customer details in the CRM system. Partake in various ongoing job trainings, along with staff meetings, and take on other tasks as assigned. Build strong relationships with customers, team members. Ability to sit for long periods of time on the phone. Knowledge of basic PC operations and software Ability to type notes into CRM efficiently and effectively. Apply
