As a Senior Paralegal/CILEX in our Real Estate department, you will play a crucial role in the legal process of our clients' property transactions. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our team of lawyers, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that our clients receive the best possible service.
H2: Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Real Estate team in all aspects of property transactions - Draft and review legal documents, including leases, contracts, and deeds - Conduct title searches and review property surveys - Communicate with clients, agents, and other parties involved in the transaction - Prepare and manage closing documents - Assist with due diligence and research for property acquisitions - Maintain accurate and organized files and records - Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations in the Real Estate field
H2: Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal/CILEX - Strong knowledge of Real Estate law and legal terminology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software - CILEX qualification is preferred but not required - Experience in commercial Real Estate is a plus
