Summary **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is looking to add a Senior Real Estate Attorney to any of their Chicago, Denver, Cottonwood Heights, or Salt Lake City offices. The attorney will serve as a business advisor to clients, guiding them in a full range of legal matters throughout their life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and a minimum of seven years' real estate or related transactional law experience.

Job Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must have: • J.D. from an ABA accredited law school • Excellent academic credentials • A minimum of seven years' real estate or related transactional law experience • Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Ability to develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the Firm • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion • Ability and confidence to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate actions/solutions • Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate good judgment • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
Salary The starting salary for associate positions in the Denver office is $190,000. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Associates are eligible to participate in Michael Best’s associate bonus program, subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions. This position is considered full-time and is therefore eligible to participate in employer-sponsored benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, as well as elective/voluntary life, disability, and accident coverage.
