The candidate will be based in either Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey and will primarily represent real estate investors and developers in various commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities: - Represent real estate investors and developers in commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, financings, leasing, and due diligence - Provide legal advice and support to clients - Draft and negotiate legal documents - Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations - Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure successful outcomes for clients
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions - Bar membership in New Jersey - Portable, strong cash flow business - Experience with New York transactions is a plus
