Law Firm Seeking Experienced Real Estate Attorney

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to join our team and work with a diverse range of clients including for-profit and non-profit entities, developers, property owners, and community stakeholders.
Advise Clients on All Aspects of Real Estate
As a Real Estate Attorney at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on all aspects of their real estate needs. This includes but is not limited to purchase and sales, leases, secured real property transactions, real estate development and construction, land use, real property taxes, and environmental risk management. We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing lawyer with a passion for advocacy and a strong understanding of general real estate matters.
Experience with Business Matters a Plus
In addition to general real estate matters, we are also looking for candidates with experience in business matters related to real estate. This could include creating new business entities, private placements, and financing matters and transactions. This experience is a plus but not required.
Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

The base salary for this position is commensurate with experience and ranges from $165,000 to $200,000 for an associate position and from $200,000 to $300,000 for Of Counsel attorneys. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● At least 5 years of active general real property practice experience ● Experience with general real estate matters (purchase and sales, leases, secured real property transactions, real estate development and construction, land use, real property taxes, environmental risk management, etc.) ● Experience with business matters related to real estate is a plus ● Strong advocacy skills and a passion for representing clients ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school ● Admission to the State Bar of California
