Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of real estate law and commercial and residential transactions - Draft and negotiate contracts - Manage deadlines and supervise support staff - Independently manage assigned matters - Work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience as a Wisconsin or Iowa licensed attorney - JD from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice in Wisconsin or Iowa, beneficial if also admitted in Illinois and/or Indiana - Strong organizational skills, attention-to-detail, and document editing skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize and manage projects under time constraints
