Job Title: Senior Real Estate Attorney Experience: Senior level Location: New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Florida Salary Range: $275,000 - $450,000
Law Firm is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Real Estate Attorney to join their team in either New York, New Jersey, Maryland, or Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate finance, including experience with lender and borrower side transactions. Knowledge of leverage transactions, preferred equity, and joint ventures is also highly desired. The candidate must be admitted to the bar in at least one state where the Firm has an office and must be willing to reside in that state.
As a Senior Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of complex real estate transactions and providing legal advice and counsel to clients. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients. The ideal candidate will also have strong academic credentials and a proven track record of success in the field of real estate law.
