Flaster Greenberg PC, a leading law firm in the real estate industry, is currently seeking an experienced real estate transactional attorney for a lateral shareholder/partner position in their real estate group. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial attorney with 6 years of experience in real estate transactional legal work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex commercial real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating leases and purchase and sale contracts, as well as experience in related document preparation, financing, and closings.
