Are you a highly skilled real estate attorney with experience in complex transactions? Holland & Knight's San Francisco office is currently seeking a Real Estate Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on mixed-use developments and corporate transactions, while utilizing your exceptional drafting and writing abilities. If you have a strong academic background and are admission to practice in California, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: - Handle complex real estate and/or corporate transactions - Draft and review legal documents related to mixed-use developments - Utilize strong writing skills to carry complex concepts through multiple documents - Provide exceptional legal counsel to clients
Requirements: - 3-6 years of transactional experience - Admission to practice in California - Background in mixed-use or residential development and/or hospitality - Strong academic background - Excellent writing skills
Compensation: In accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in California is $260,000 - $390,000/yr. This range is specific to this location and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
