Key Responsibilities: • Manage a varied caseload of real estate matters, including commercial and residential property transactions, landlord and tenant issues, and property finance • Conduct legal research and provide accurate and timely advice to clients • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds • Attend client meetings and negotiations, and represent clients in court when necessary • Work closely with other departments within the firm to provide a holistic service to clients • Mentor and supervise junior team members
Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial property • Qualified solicitor with a current practicing certificate • Strong academic background, with a 2:1 or above in law or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines • Experience in business development and building client relationships
