Law Firm Seeking Experienced Real Estate & Finance Associate for Philadelphia Office
- Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is seeking an experienced attorney with 4-6 years of experience in real estate and commercial finance law. - The position is for the Philadelphia office and offers the opportunity to work in one of the most exciting, active, and diverse real estate and finance practices in the region. - Candidates should have experience representing sellers, buyers, borrowers, lenders, and preferred equity investors in various real estate transactions. - Experience with CMBS loans is a plus. - The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and be proactive and self-starting. - They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff and leadership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing thorough and excellent work is essential. - Applicants must be admitted to the PA Bar or willing to take the Bar exam promptly after starting.
