The education consultant for the nurse residency program must be able to collaborate with stakeholders and bring about consensus and agreement. The consultant must be able to use data and qualitative feedback to develop or modify current programming and measure outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION:.BSN required. Strong preference for MSN or master's degree.
EXPERIENCE:Experience strongly preferred.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATION:Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Required. AHA BLS-HCP required.
OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:. Must have intermediate level MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Must possess facilitation skills for both large and small groups, strong project management, time management and organizational skills, and have effective written and verbal communication skills. Works collaboratively with others and develops repertoire quickly.
