Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent legal services to clients in the areas of real estate and corporate law - Analyze, negotiate, and draft legal documents and contracts - Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff to maintain a thriving practice - Demonstrate strong client service skills and maintain positive client relationships - Nevada Bar membership preferred or willingness to sit for the Bar
