Carlton Fields is seeking an associate who has two to six years of insurance litigation experience to join any of our Miami or Tampa office . A demonstrated understanding of insurance coverage issues is a must, with additional experience and understanding of bad faith insurance issues preferred. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
