Job Description: - Provide legal advice and litigation services for a variety of clients in the property sector - Work on cases in the First-tier and Upper Tribunals, and in the courts up to Court of Appeal level - Advise clients on the Building Safety Act 2022 and residential leasehold management work - Actively engage in business development to support the firm's growth plans - Work collaboratively with colleagues in a supportive and friendly environment - Operate under a flexible hybrid-working model
