Law Firm Seeking Experienced Property Insurance Associate
Are you an experienced attorney with a background in insurance defense or coverage? Look no further! Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi and Rudloff PC, a reputable law firm with offices worldwide, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3-7 years of litigation experience to further their career in a dynamic and challenging environment.
As a Property Insurance Associate, you will be responsible for handling first-party property insurance disputes. This position will require strong litigation skills, including drafting coverage opinions and handling bad faith cases. The ideal candidate will also have experience in overall case management, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, and appearing in court.
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience, as well as the potential for annual bonuses. In addition, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to travel and develop strong relationships with our existing client base. Bar admission in one of the states where our offices are located is required.
Key Requirements:
- 3-7 years of litigation experience - Experience in insurance defense or coverage - Strong academic credentials - Excellent legal research and writing skills - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases - Willingness to travel as needed
