Job Description
We are looking Project Quality Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to project contract, codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.
Implementation and Maintenance of Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Oversee supervision of Multi Discipline Quality Control Activities like inspections and NDE, including 3rd party subcontractors.
Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation
Perform and Manage all internal and external audits
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
Coordinate all quality related correspondence with Client representatives and DNV GL
Attend quality & Construction management meetings
Monitor Weekly Quality reporting (KPI)
Action and close all customer complaints
Make sure the team is resourced with all the correct skills and disciplines
Liaise with Project management, Production and Sub-Contractors
Point of contact for all project Quality Assurance and control related issues.
Participate and coordinate Readiness Reviews and Kick off meetings.
Organize relevant Quality trainings and inductions to increase the knowledge of QC’s and other parties involved in the Construction phases.
Develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis.
Requirements & Skills:
More than 10 years of Experience in large offshore EPC projects Leading Quality assurance and control.
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Engineering/Science
Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 norms and application to projects
Certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor
Familiar with Welding / NDT / Painting Inspections, Desirable to have valid Certifications
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
Familiar with Norsok, ASME and DNV-GL Rules
Familiar with project Final Documentation process, Completion tools and Microsoft office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong people management, Planning and organizing ability.
Familiar with all relevant construction discipline activities.
