ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION Required (Minimum) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited college or university in a field directly related to the administrative, management or fiscal duties of this position Knowledge of Cloud Computing a must Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Knowledge and background in CMMI Knowledge, Skills and Abilities PMP certification Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance B.S. or other technical degree or equivalent work experience required Security Certification is required. (Must be able to obtain certification within first 90 days) Preferred MCSA Server CMMI Associate Proven working experience in Project Management in the information technology sector Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. WORK ENVIRONMENT Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervisory responsibilities over fifteen employees. ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations. Shareholder Preference.
