THE DAVEY RESOURCE GROUP INC POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT POSITION: Project Manager TYPE: Full-Time OPEN: Immediately POSITION LOCATIONS: San Diego, CA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Oversee the routine pre-inspection program with San Diego Gas and Electric ● Complete client project goals successfully and in a timely manner ● Maintain staffing levels to achieve project schedule expectations ● Implement robust training and QC processes to insure work quality ● Build dashboards/KPI's to track progress using Microsoft Excel ● Approve weekly timesheets and billing summaries for the entire pre-inspection team ● Conduct annual performance reviews ● Coordinate with the client, internal management, and external stakeholders
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Two or four year degree in horticulture, forestry, urban forestry, or a related discipline is required ● Previous supervision experience ● Organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail ● 3-5 years of utility vegetation management experience ● Currently International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist
