Serves as project analyst on assigned projects for the assigned department or facility within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Duties include process improvement and redesign methodology, strategic planning, project management application, data analysis, benchmarking and accessing of both internal and external data sources.
*Develop and manage core measure program for hospitals, including CMS and Joint Commission reporting requirements. Must become an expert in core measures programs. Will need to analyze data to identify high impact opportunities for improvement. Excellent customer service skills to maintain vendor relations and manage internal clinical and IT resources for improvements. *Assist management in planning and facilitating meetings and managing team activities in order to achieve desired program performance. May include preparing presentations, developing materials in databases, spreadsheets or PowerPoint documents. *Organizes, establishes, and maintains databases of pertinent information for internal effectiveness, future planning and forecast on an ongoing basis as requested. *Provides client support and demonstrates advanced troubleshooting in several technology applications specific to the department or facility. *Designs data bases, maintains data bases and obtains data from other sources to support the functions of the organization. Must maintain a high degree of proficiency in computer software related to databases, spreadsheets, statistical analysis and other applications.
Interacts with department or facility management, physicians and support staff personnel on a frequent basis. Must possess team work abilities and critical problem solving skills to function in a highly dynamic environment. Will work independently on matters and demonstrates high level of communications and be customer focused to ensure timelines and accountability items are met. May require some travel to other sites within the organization as deemed necessary. Majority of work done in standard office setting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
Experience: Healthcare and project leadership experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications/Registration: None required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent skills in computer technology, MS Office applications and other software applications.
