Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Analyst, Legal Operations to provide project support, data analysis, and content review for the firm's Office of General Counsel (OGC). This role will involve working with partners, attorneys, management, and paralegals to assist with a variety of projects related to employment law and other areas overseen by the OGC. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be located in multiple DLA Piper offices.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management support for OGC initiatives and firm-wide projects related to employment law - Lead data analysis projects within the OGC and in support of other firm departments - Assist in reviewing and editing important communications and documents - Compile and organize information from various internal sources to support OGC projects - Prepare documents, forms, charts, letters, and other materials as needed - Conduct database research and data entry - Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with exceptional Excel skills preferred - Database experience is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work professionally with various levels of firm leadership and other departments - Experience managing projects and handling complex and sensitive data - Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills - Familiarity with litigation fundamentals is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required - Paralegal certificate is a plus - Minimum of 5 years of office experience, preferably in a law firm or legal setting supporting paralegals and/or attorneys

Physical Demands
This position is considered sedentary work, with occasional lifting and movement of objects up to 10 pounds. Most of the work will involve sitting at a computer for extended periods of time.

Salary Information
The expected hiring range for this position is $**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.87 per hour, depending on the candidate's geographic market location. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and will receive overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. The final compensation offered will also depend on the candidate's experience, skills, education, and qualifications.
