Team Lead - Program Specialist/Team Leader

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Experience: 1-3 years of related work or supervisory experience

The Team Lead position is a dual role of both Program Specialist and Team Leader, responsible for coaching and providing guidance to team members, as well as overseeing the funding and booking of transactions. This role requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties:

- Coach and provide guidance to team members in adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ensure team members meet funding goals and deadlines
- Oversee and ensure preparation of loan and lease documents in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze transactions and obtain necessary approvals
- Communicate with sales team, vendors, and external customers to ensure timely documentation and funding of transactions
- Assist Funding Manager with duties and projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of related work or supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Uniform Commercial Code, Article 9
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary and Experience:

- Salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year
- 1-3 years of related work or supervisory experience preferred
