- Coach and provide guidance to team members in adherence to company policies and procedures - Ensure team members meet funding goals and deadlines - Oversee and ensure preparation of loan and lease documents in compliance with company policies and procedures - Analyze transactions and obtain necessary approvals - Communicate with sales team, vendors, and external customers to ensure timely documentation and funding of transactions - Assist Funding Manager with duties and projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of related work or supervisory experience - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel - Familiarity with Uniform Commercial Code, Article 9 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as a team player - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
