JOB OVERVIEW **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** seeks a driven, committed, organized team player to join its Partnership Development team. As a collaborative member of the team, the Manager will contribute to the implementation of a strategic plan by coordinating data points and managing tools that help forecast needs. The successful candidate for this position will have experience in sales and/or business development, with experience and knowledge working with CRMs.
This position will utilize Salesforce to create workflows, assign leads, record data, and troubleshoot problems. Optimize salesforce to develop processes and protocols. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate distribution lists, communication, surveys, and other centralized operations processes. Assist in developing and codifying processes, workflows, and procedures. Identify employment trends and forecast job needs. Assist in managing employer tiers and identifying existing partners for growth opportunities. Develop an in-depth understanding of employment trends and needs of industry sectors. Experience and knowledge working with KPIs and analyzing performance metrics. Run and analyze reports. Generate leads for new job development through alumni networks, industry research, and on-campus partnerships and assist faculty in follow-up. Cultivate, build, and maintain relationships with employer partners to ensure effective employer management. Strong written and oral communications skills, strong presentation skills, and a willingness and ability to make calls/visits to prospective partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS *Manage, design, develop, modify and present programs. Perform program needs assessment and make recommendations. *Implement policies and procedures. *Maintain budget, prepare contracts, approve and monitor expenditures, prepare budget requests and financial reports. *Act as liaison to internal departments, external entities and community organizations. *May prepare and edit reports and/or newsletters and develop publication materials. *May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.). *Perform related duties based on departmental need. REQUIRED EDUCATION *Bachelor's Degree. *Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *Three (3) years of experience in program development or business administration. *May require supervision experience. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS CONSIDERED *Degree in a related field. *Experience/knowledge of higher education. *Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. *Relevant professional experience preferably in sales and/or business development. *Development experience with Salesforce (creating dashboards, manipulating data, developing workflows, and integrating data or communication tools). *Experience in manipulating data and creating dashboards in Tableau. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT *Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
