LOCATION: Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18. Currently the role will be working remotely and moving to a Hybrid working model in 2022.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
*Use professional know-how, judgement and defined processes to perform a variety of Product Integrity & Support activities, including:
*Supporting preparation of strategic documents for Products Senior Management Team (SMT) *Coordinate, manage and support various returns on behalf of Products SMT, engaging with Product Owners and Product subject matter experts (SMEs) as required *Supports the management of specific cross product and product integrity projects as assigned.
*Represent the Product Integrity function at various programme / project working groups *Works through set guidelines, liaising at times with product owners, SME's, first and second line colleagues to resolve problems, identify potential opportunities and escalates accordingly *Collaboration: Works with colleagues, other teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt action, e.g. to agree Products input into returns. *Has the ability to learn and adapt to new process in the assurance of the Banks products across multiple channels ensuring a robust and consistent approach to the highest standards. *Building and maintaining strong working relationships with relevant internal cross functional and external stakeholders. *Deliver on specific activities / projects within defined timelines and budget in a robust and structured manner whilst adhering to relevant Group policies and processes and in particular those relating to Risk and Compliance. *Champion a Customer First culture in support of our Purpose, strategic ambition and values and behaviours, by ensuring processes and procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers.

*Detailed knowledge and experience (Minimum 3 years) of Product Management, Product Integrity processes and Retail product regulatory environment including Product Governance and Oversight *Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - both in the preparation and delivery to senior stakeholder forums *Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners *Detail oriented with good organisational skills and a passion for delivery who works off own initiative *Customer oriented, with an ability to translate technical issues into customer impact
