The ideal candidate will have experience attending court hearings, taking depositions, and analyzing large, complex document collections. Responsibilities: • Attend court hearings and represent clients in legal proceedings • Take depositions and conduct witness interviews • Analyze large, complex document collections • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents • Work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases • Maintain organized case files and adhere to deadlines
Qualifications: • 3-6 years of experience in a law firm setting • Experience in products liability, mass torts, and consumer class action litigation preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Superior academic record and strong writing and analytical skills • NJ Bar admission required
