Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Attorneys in Indianapolis/Carmel, IN
McCarter & English, LLP is currently hiring for the position of Products Liability, Mass Torts and Consumer Class Action Attorney in our Indianapolis/Carmel, IN office. We are seeking experienced litigation attorneys with a minimum of 3-6 years of law firm experience. Responsibilities: - Attend court hearings and represent clients in legal proceedings - Conduct depositions and gather evidence for cases - Analyze large, complex document collections for relevant information - Handle all aspects of products liability, mass torts and consumer class action litigation - Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies - Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries - Keep detailed and accurate records of case developments and progress
Requirements: - Minimum of 3-6 years of law firm experience - Admission to the IN Bar - Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device and/or other complex products liability and/or class action litigation preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Superior academic record - Excellent writing and analytical skills
