Products, Retail has responsibility for our four core Product sets which include; Mortgage, Credit, Current & Deposit, and Payments & Cards.
Products has a Group-wide remit and is a key enabler of customer centric propositions and the delivery of the bank's Regulatory, Sustainment and Strategic agenda. A vacancy now exists for a Product Manager on the Business Credit Products team reporting into the Head of Business & Corporate Credit Products.
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
This role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join the Credit Products team, working closely with colleagues across AIB including Legal, Risk, COO, CTO, Retail and Capital Markets.
The successful candidate will
*build profile across the Bank and become an expert on AIB's Business and Corporate Lending and Finance & Leasing products. *be responsible for overseeing the end to end lifecycle of Business, Corporate and Finance & Leasing Credit Products including monitoring that our products are sold, distributed and fulfilled correctly to the approved target markets *be accountable for the management of our products and customer solutions (from launch to withdrawal), including overseeing and monitoring that they are fit for purpose and operating appropriately in line with Regulatory requirements *champion a Customer First culture in support of our Purpose, strategic ambition and Brand Values, by ensuring processes and procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers. *identify opportunities for enhanced standardisation and efficiencies.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:
*Utilise project and change management expertise to drive projects from inception to implementation *Learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances *Strong communicator to drive stakeholder engagement *Lead and develop teams *Identify opportunities for transformation / improvement and design future state *Knowledge of Personal Lending/Business Lending and/or Personal/Business Lending products and processes an advantage

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU:
*Have a minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Management role (or similar). *Are capable of building strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders; Strong leadership & influencing skills. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders. Displays gravitas. *Have a good understanding of regulation regarding SME and corporate lending. *Are commercially astute, with an understanding of the factors that contribute to credit products pricing and how these factors are built in to product delivery. *Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
