ROLE TITLE: Product Manager, Current and Deposit Products Team, Products Retail
LOCATION: We have a hybrid approach to working, which will include a blend of onsite (Central Park, Leopardstown) and remote working.

Products, Retail has responsibility for our four core Product sets which include; Mortgage, Credit, Current & Deposit, and Payments & Cards. Products has a Group-wide remit and is a key enabler of customer centric propositions and the delivery of the bank's Regulatory, Sustainment and Strategic agenda. We want to be renowned for providing reliable and simple products that deliver fair outcomes for customers in an environment where our business and people thrive.
A vacancy now exists for a Product Management Specialist on the Current and Deposit Products Team, reporting into the Head of Product Management, Current and Deposit Products.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:
*Support the management of the Group's suite of Current and Deposit Products ensuring they meet customer needs and are compliant with regulatory requirements. *Represent the Current and Deposit Product function at various programme / project working groups. Support our business in delivering process changes in a robust and structured manner whilst adhering to relevant Group policies and processes. *Work with colleagues, other teams and internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems, customer pain points, identify potential opportunities and escalate issues accordingly. *Collaborate across AIB Group, providing subject matter expertise to support key programmes and business areas across the bank. *Champion a Customer First culture in support of our purpose, strategic ambition and brand values, by ensuring processes and procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers. *Work on their own initiative and is naturally inquisitive. *Have an innovative approach to their role, always seeking ways to make improvements or suggestions to create better solutions. *Relevant regulatory qualification (APA) (or willing to undertake such qualification).

*Excellent written and verbal communications with experience in influencing and managing stakeholders *Detail oriented with good organisational skills *Knowledge and experience of Product Management and Product Integrity processes would be an advantage *Strong track record of having managed multiple competing demands within a diverse environment. *Good understanding of the Retail product regulatory environment including Product Governance and Oversight
