ROLE: Product Management Specialist - End to End Credit Project, Retail Banking
LOCATION: Currently from home however post pandemic, we will have a hybrid approach to working, which will include a blend of onsite (Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18) and remote working.
This role is being offered on a fixed term contract

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL:
*Work as part of a strategic change programme responsible for rolling out a new loan application platform. *Identify, and solve through technology, inefficiencies in our current lending processes. *Drive digital adoption by AIB's small and medium sized business customers by simplifying and optimising loan application customer journeys for digital channels. *Work with impacted business areas to define key impacts arising from change and solve, in collaboration with the business, change and technology teams, to address any challenges arising.

THE ROLE
This role is an exciting opportunity to act as a subject matter expert on a strategic change programme within the bank. The changes implemented as part of this project will form the loan application operating model for many years. It is a high profile programme within AIB, with a high degree of senior management visibility.
In this role, you will meet a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and become a sought after source of subject matter expertise within the bank.

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU HAVE:
*A minimum of 2 years of experience in a product, change or credit role. *The capability of building strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders. *Strong negotiation and influencing skills and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders. *Good understanding of regulation regarding SME and corporate lending. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
