LOCATION: Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, and working from home hybrid (currently working from home)
This role is being offered on a FIXED TERM CONTRACT.
Are you interested in working on the development of lending products that support SME customers in Ireland? Through this interface we have to date successfully launched five separate risk share schemes since 2017, targeting key government policy areas such as Brexit readiness, the Covid 19 response and professionalization of the indigenous SME sector. Following the success of these, an ongoing pipeline of future risk share schemes is expected.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL:
*Work alongside the product manager to support the product interface between AIB and the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland (SBCI), the government's bank, supporting the delivery of all new SBCI schemes. *Co-ordinate the ongoing reporting requirements between AIB and SBCI and seek to improve the management of SBCI schemes through process improvement and technical change. *Build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant internal cross functional and external stakeholders. *Work with the product manager to communicate and present information and business cases for approval to relevant business areas and senior management to shape the business strategy. *Influence at an industry level the future direction of SBCI schemes. You will be meet a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and become a sought after source of subject matter expertise within the bank.

*A minimum of 2 years of experience in a product, change or credit role. *The capability of building strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders. *Strong negotiation and influencing skills and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders. *Good understanding of regulation regarding SME and corporate lending. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
