LOCATION: We have a hybrid approach to working, which includes a blend of onsite in Central Park and remote working

SUMMARY OF ROLE:
Products, Retail has responsibility for our four core Product sets i.e. Mortgage, Personal & SME Credit, Current & Deposit Accounts, and Payments & Cards across all our brands (AIB/EBS/Haven/AIBGB). Products has a Group-wide remit and is a key enabler of customer centric propositions and supports the delivery of the bank's Regulatory, Sustainment and Strategic agendas. In Products, we want to be renowned for providing reliable and simple products that deliver fair outcomes for customers in an environment where our business and colleagues thrive.
A vacancy now exists in Products, for a Product Management Associate, on the Mortgage Products Strategic Delivery Team, reporting into the Head of Mortgage Products Strategic Delivery.
The Mortgage Strategic Delivery team is responsible for the delivery of medium/long term strategic change across all group brands in Mortgage Products.

*Uses professional know-how, judgement and defined processes to perform a variety of Product Management activities, including:
*Assist in the development and implementation of best in class Products to meet Customer needs at appropriate cost to serve and within Risk appetite *Ensure adherence to Internal Bank Policy and the relevant regulations and legislation *Ensure appropriate controls and mechanisms are fully adhered to and to monitor that products are sold, distributed and fulfilled correctly to the approved target market *Support the design and development of training for impacted staff on new products / product and emerging regulatory changes *Complete product reviews with management oversight, to ensure they are robust, fit for purpose to meet customers' needs and regulatory standards, providing a consistent and compliant customer experience *Works through set guidelines, liaising at times with product management and other experts to resolve problems, customer pain points, identify potential opportunities and escalates accordantly *Applies AIB policies and procedures and regulations relevant to their role. Escalates any identified issues/opportunities, as appropriate. *Collaboration: Works with colleagues, other teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt action, e.g. to identify potential changes to product procedures. *May supervise and / or coach more junior team members *An interest in product delivery and the ability to learn and adapt to new process in the management of the Banks products across multiple channels
