GENERAL SUMMARY Supports Product Development Manager and Design team to facilitate development of each seasonal line and manage the flow of communication between design, sales, and CGA
REPORTS TO: Product Development Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicate daily with product development and production team overseas regarding development and production process
• Communicate with sales to accommodate their needs for samples and information
• Help facilitate communication between sales, design, and head of production if needed
• In charge of creating and managing product line sheets
• Manage and track sample ordering
• Help communicate sample comments when needed
• Organize sketches and manage images on shared drive
• Track material and trims delivery • Keep samples organized and maintain sample tracking system for each seasonal sales line and PR samples
• Learn and manage PLM system for Handbags (Hot On Time)
•Help with design tasks when needed(CAD:ing, specs etc.)
REQUIRED SKILLS: • Must be organized and efficient • Strong follow up capability and must be an effective communicator • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
EXPERIENCE: • 1-3 years experience in a related field, including internships
