Farr Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Probate Paralegal with experience in estate and trust administration to join our team in the Punta Gorda office. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of fiduciary accountings and the ability to work independently under the supervision of an attorney.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain case files and handle all aspects of estate and trust administration - Prepare court filings and meet deadlines - Gather and transfer assets - Communicate with investment advisors and trust companies - Provide superior client service to clients and trust beneficiaries

Job Expectations:
- In-office work only, no remote work - Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm with minimal overtime - Must be able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Estate Planning as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient with computers and able to learn new programs quickly - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook and Word - Paralegal certification is preferred but not necessary - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is helpful but not required
