Job Description:
As a Probate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney/partner and handle a variety of probate and family law cases. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in focusing primarily on probate law and is eager to expand their knowledge and skills in this area.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in probate and family law matters - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Attend court hearings and trials - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in a case - Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members
Requirements:
- Active Georgia State Bar License in good standing - Minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing law - Experience in probate and family law is helpful - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to provide a current writing sample (preferably in letter form) - Spanish language skills are a plus
