##Job Description Law Firm is searching for a talented mid-level/senior associate to join its Debt Finance group. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents.
##Qualifications The successful applicant will possess excellent academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Additionally, the successful candidate must have a relevant bar admission (or the ability to obtain admission promptly).
