Job Description
Law Firm is currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE and be able to work on a full time or part time basis. The salary for this position will be competitive and based on experience.
The Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive will be responsible for handling a variety of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration. They will also be expected to provide advice and guidance to clients on matters relating to inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and estate planning.
Salary Information:

Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration - Advising clients on matters relating to inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and estate planning - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Managing a caseload efficiently and effectively - Meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all work
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE - Strong knowledge of private client law and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
