Job Description:
- Seeking a junior or midlevel associate to join our labor and employment practice in our Princeton office - Must have two to four years of large law firm experience - Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required - Experience in employment law or general litigation preferred - Ideal candidate will have experience with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of labor and employment cases, including research, drafting pleadings, and attending hearings - Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex matters - Conduct legal research and provide analysis and recommendations - Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the case
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar - Two to four years of experience at a large law firm - Strong academic credentials - Excellent writing skills - Experience in employment law or general litigation preferred
