- Manage 65-75 cases at any given time in the Pre-Litigation Department - Medically manage cases and ensure clients receive necessary care - Handle liability, uninsured, and underinsured motorist claims - Oversee property damage claims and prepare demand packages - Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients throughout their journey - Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to ensure optimal case outcomes
