Job Title: Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Richmond Office) Salary: Competitive Experience: 2 years Personal Injury plaintiff experience, experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients, experience with liens, experience with complex, high-volume cases, experience with case management system, bilingual in Spanish preferable
Job Duties:
- Managing client case files with attention to detail and a focus on service. - Conducting intake interviews with new clients to ensure their needs are heard and addressed. - Handling liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation. - Navigating complex personal injury cases with expertise and empathy.
