- Assist attorneys in handling wage and hour class/PAGA actions and/or single-plaintiff employment lawsuits - Conduct legal research and analysis - Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs - Prepare attorneys for court hearings and trials - Assist in client meetings and consultations - Manage caseloads and ensure deadlines are met - Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal matters - Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards
