Job Title: Post-Bar Law Clerk
Experience: No prior experience required, litigation experience a plus
Location: Glendale, California
Salary: $40,000 to $60,000 annually

Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in handling wage and hour class/PAGA actions and/or single-plaintiff employment lawsuits
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Prepare attorneys for court hearings and trials
- Assist in client meetings and consultations
- Manage caseloads and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal matters
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Litigation experience a plus, but not required
- Experience in plaintiff or defense side employment law, wage & hour, and class/PAGA actions a plus
- Superior oral advocacy skills and confidence
- Great analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, honesty, dependability, computer savvy, and multi-tasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email / Calendar, Adobe Acrobat, Apple Operating System, and other Litigation Software
- Fluency in English (spoken & written). Spanish is a plus
