MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School graduate or equivalent required. A minimum of 10 years of dispatch experience may be substituted for High School degree or equivalent
Experience: Prior experience as a police or emergency services dispatcher preferred.
Licensure, Certification and/or Registry: Virginia Criminal Information Network (VCIN)/NCIC certification required or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
Life Support: N/A
Other Minimum Qualifications: Good interpersonal and customer services skills required. Must have good typing and data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
