Job Title: Midlevel Trusts and Estate Planning Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney - Preparing court pleadings for probate administration and related court proceedings - Analyzing and summarizing complex planning structures - Assisting with multiple estates of various sizes - Managing multiple matters independently - Providing high-quality client service - Collaborating with experienced lawyers and actively seeking mentoring opportunities
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school - Admitted to or eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar - 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration - Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice - Strong academic credentials, communication skills, and research and writing abilities - Commitment to diversity and inclusivity
Salary Information:
- Base compensation: $210,000 - $245,000 per year - Determined during the interview process based on factors such as experience, expertise, and market conditions
