Serves as a central link of communication between **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, patients, medical staff and the general public. Answers calls in a high call volume environment. Assists callers with information related to multiple specialty practices across a wide geographic range throughout western Virginia. Routes calls to the appropriate scheduling team or department based on the specific patient need. The call center is critical point of communication. Excellent customer service is required. Bilingual is a plus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE: Three years customer service experience in an environment that requiring multi-tasking such as a call center, physician's office, hospitality or retail/service industry. Call center experience preferred.
OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, manage difficult and emotional situations, remain calm under stress, display empathy and maintain positive communication is required. Must have strong keyboarding and computer skills.
