How will you contribute?
Develop and execute strategies for complex Personal Injury cases. Work collaboratively with team members. Connect with clients in a compassionate manner to understand their story. Highly motivated and detail-oriented. Experienced in all aspects of case management and litigation. Confident and persuasive in the courtroom. Interpret laws and regulations for clients. Conduct research and prepare for case-related events. Utilize technology effectively. Build relationships with other professionals in the community. Willingness to travel.
Skills and Qualifications:
JD degree from an accredited college or university. NC State Bar membership required (additional State Bar memberships a plus). 10 years of civil litigation experience with a minimum of 10 cases tried to verdict in North Carolina Superior Court (or equivalent). Experience as a Lead Attorney in successfully litigating complex personal injury cases. Affiliation with or membership in trade groups focused on catastrophic injury cases. Ability to make independent decisions and effectively lead and mentor team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
