In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, conduct key litigation activities, and advocate in trials. Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 150 cases, with 50 actively in litigation each month - Guide cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict - Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients - Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies - Serve as lead counsel in jury trials and advocate passionately for favorable outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation, 5-8 years preferred - Active and in good standing with local State Bar, multiple state bar admissions preferred - Extensive jury trial experience and deep understanding of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence - Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate case strategies
Compensation and Benefits:
