Job Summary:
- Seeking an experienced personal injury pre-litigation attorney to join our growing team at Isaacs & Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers. - The attorney must be licensed in Indiana and may have the opportunity to work fully remote. - The primary responsibilities will include handling motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation, but may also involve other personal injury cases. - Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships. - Review and investigate personal injury claims. - Handle day-to-day tasks for motor vehicle accident cases in litigation. - Guide clients through the case process. - Gather evidence, medical records, and other relevant documents. - Interact with expert witnesses and attend conferences. - Assess the value of claims and negotiate settlements with insurance companies. - Collaborate with our legal team to prepare cases for litigation when necessary. - Attend training programs and seminars outside of normal business hours.

Requirements:
- Must be licensed in Kentucky or have taken UBE in the last 4 years and willing to get licensed in KY. - Minimum of 2 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience. - Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. - Ability to handle a high volume of pre-litigation cases. - Strong knowledge of personal injury law and regulations. - Excellent client service and communication skills. - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. - Self-motivated with long-term career goals. - Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
