Responsibilities of a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:
- Drafting all pleadings and legal documents - Updating treatment and client contact reports - Handling all discovery responses and deadlines - Obtaining bills and managing health liens - Drafting arbitration and mediation statements - Preparing motions and oppositions under the direction of an attorney - Drafting dismissal notices and scheduling hearings - Managing longworth approval letters and document packages
Qualifications for Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal - Proficiency in legal software and databases - Excellent written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Effective time management abilities - Demonstrated team collaboration experience - Professional interpersonal communication skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and technologies - Commitment to ethical standards and strong organizational skills - Basic understanding of legal research methodologies - Relevant certifications or licenses related to paralegal studies or legal assistance.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 USD and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees and part-time employees working over 30 hours per week. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and sick time.
