Position Summary: • Vital role in maximizing client recovery through settlement negotiation and disbursement processes • Collaborate with attorneys and embody GGRM's values • Attention to detail and commitment to achieving optimal results
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead settlement processes and prepare evaluation summaries • Negotiate with insurance adjusters and track offers and counteroffers • Audit and negotiate subrogation liens • Communicate with clients and serve as primary point of contact for settlement issues • Meet regularly with assigned attorneys and contribute to process improvements
Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Six months of plaintiff personal injury experience • Knowledge of insurance practices and settlement procedures
Preferred Qualifications: • Associates Degree or Certificate in Legal Studies • Experience with lien resolution and bilingual in English and Spanish
