Law Firm Seeks Bilingual Legal Assistant for Personal Injury Cases
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Open and set up new client files - Report claims to insurance companies - Notify statutory lien holders - Draft representation letters - Request police reports - Order medical records and bills - Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other related parties - Work closely with team members
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent education - Proficient with standard office productivity software - Effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Problem-solver with the ability to handle challenging situations - Friendly and approachable demeanor - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred
