Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients to evaluate potential cases, providing compassionate counsel Conduct thorough investigations to build strong cases Negotiate assertively with insurance carriers to maximize compensation Represent clients in hearings, trials, and legal proceedings Collaborate with attorneys and firm management on caseload and strategy Make yourself available to prospective clients outside regular hours
Compensation
Law Firm offers a competitive salary from $80,000 - $150,000 base, with potential incentives up to $200,000 . In addition, the firm provides a generous benefits package and excellent training and mentoring.
